INVARIS Informationssysteme GmbH was founded in 1986 and employs 56 people at its headquarters in Eisenstadt. In the more than 30 years of its existence, the company has developed into one of the leading solution providers of standard software in the field of output and document management.

INVARIS was awarded the Austrian national emblem in 2006 as a financially stable and innovative company and won the first ECM Award Switzerland in 2013.

INVARIS’ customer base primarily includes international companies from the banking and financial services industry, the public sector and energy suppliers with high document volumes. Notable customers include the Raiffeisen Banking Group Austria (A), Frankfurter Sparkasse (D), PostFinance (CH), the Federal Employment Agency (D), ÖGK (A), Berlin Wasser (D), Energie Burgenland (A), MAN (D) and Sixt (D).

Products and services

The goSmart® CCM Suite enables the automated creation of documents from company data, the production of CI-compliant individual documents, and the management of physical and electronic output channels.

In times of digitalisation, processes are becoming more and more complex. The demands on companies are increasing – the same applies to software. Countless functions lead to many specialised individual solutions. Compatibility is usually underestimated, but is often the source of many problems. The modern complete solution from INVARIS solves this problem and interlocks a company not only within departments, but also with data suppliers and output customers, whether online or print.

30th anniversary of INVARIS Informationssysteme GmbH. Relaunch of the entire product range under the brand name goSmart® CCM Suite.

2014

Appointment of Ing. Hans-Andreas Zsoldos as Economic Senator by the European Economic Senate (EES)

2013

2013 INVARIS received the Swiss ECM Award for the Innovative Implementation of a Post Finance Project.

2012

2nd place at the Burgenland Innovation Award

2005

In the summer of 2005, INVARIS was nominated by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) for the state award by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economics. The high quality standards, the international orientation, the exceptionally stable financial situation as well as the economic importance for Austria were the decisive reasons for the award as of 2 February 2006. The state award has so far only been granted to a few IT manufacturers.

2004

The DCS 2000® product family is expanded to include essential management systems. Multichannel support is extended in the direction of mobile devices and browser applications.

2003

Major energy suppliers choose DCS 2000® for rapid and professional integration into SAP IS/U.

FORMSTATION® and DCS are successfully integrated into LOTUS NOTES.

INVARIS becomes a Business Partner of IBM.

XEROX Germany becomes a major sales partner.

DCS 2000® enables high-performance and high-volume generation of PDF documents based on dynamic structures. With DCS, large users realize trend-setting implementations of PDF output and need only a few weeks to do so.

2001

LASERTECH is renamed INVARIS and introduces the revolutionary DLA 2000® architecture. i-FORMSTATION® and DCS 2000® open up new dimensions in e-business. FORMSTATION® is now used in more than 200 banking organizations. The new INVARIS headquarters is the INVARIS Center in Eisenstadt.

2000

More than 500 major German customers have opted for the FORMSCRIPT® architecture and use over 6000 license products of the DESIGNER/32 application development system.

1999

Major banking organizations, public authorities and energy suppliers have opted for the FORMSTATION® platform and handle almost all interactive business processes via FORMSTATION®.

1997

FORMSTATION® is introduced as professional form processing software based on MS-WINDOWS

1991

FORMSCRIPT® based software licenses re distributed through well-known manufacturers and resellers 1991 in Europe, USA and South Africa

1990

FORMSCRIPT® is introduced internationally as an open architecture and registered in all major industrialized countries. The FORMSCRIPT® “de facto” standard impressively documents the technological superiority of INVARIS. As a result, FORMSCRIPT® leads not only to dramatic cost reductions for large users, but also to absolute vendor independence.

1986

INVARIS is founded by Hans-Andreas Zsoldos under the name LASERTECH as a development house for laser printing technology in Vienna and subsequently carries out extensive developments to realize a manufacturer-independent software standard for the uniform support of different printing systems and processes.
